ESTABLISHING
AN ACCOUNT WITH DENTAMERICATM
DENTAMERICATM
is a wholesale operation selling only to retail establishments. If you are
a retail establishment interested in representing our product line, the following
procedure will start you on your way.
Please fax or e-mail our offices with
your company information. Our DENTAMERICATM
price list catalog will be mailed to you upon your acceptance of our standard
terms and conditions. Color fliers of our popular small equipment items will be
included with this mailing.
Once you have reviewed the material and are ready
to place your initial order, simply fax or e-mail your requirements. In response,
you will receive a Proforma Invoice along with our banking information for wire
transfer for export accounts or total sales amount including UPS shipping charges
for domestic accounts.
If the export or domestic minimum cannot be satisfied,
we will attempt to offer contact information of the nearest established dealership
in your area of the world.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following requirements are necessary to establish a Domestic Account
with DENTAMERICA:
1. Initial Order Placement: $3,000.00
2. Terms: Prepaid for the first six months.
Net 30 Days after six months and $6,000.00 buying history.
The following
requirements are necessary in order to establish an Export Account with
DENTAMERICATM:
1. Minimum Order Placement:
USD 3,000.00
2. Terms: PREPAID (Letter
of Credit must exceed USD 15,000.00)
3. FOB:
Our warehouse, Industry, California USA
4. Delivery:
Approximately 5 days after bank notification
